Extremely disappointed with this tax agent. I booked a telephone appointment and never received a call, message, or even a follow-up. No professionalism, no respect for clients’ time. If they can’t manage basic communication, I can’t imagine how they handle something as important as taxes. Totally unreliable and not recommended at all.

KPG, the worst accountant service I have seen in my life. There staff don’t bother about your appointment. The staff is under pay ‘told by their staff’ they don’t care about the clients. I will never ever waste my time with kpg.
