I have had my accountancy and tax affairs serviced by Aero Accounting X Tilley for over a decade. Particularly the last 5 years of volatility since Covid 19 they have offered practical guidance to my financial affairs.
We had been customers here for 2 years and we have simply requested a letter be done up stating that my business no longer operates. They took a week to answer and then sent an invoice for $165 to process it. Upon inquiry, they had apparently been incredibly generous and granted us a 50% discount on the usual fee of $330 to produce a document. I have no doubt they would simply use a template or AI to generate this. We will never be back. Extortion!
I am very satisfied with my experience with Aero Accountants. The team is extremely professional and efficient. They have a Spanish-speaking representative who made my tax return much easier, and their industry knowledge has been invaluable. I highly recommend them.

It was quick and easy to set up an initial consultation, the cost was reasonable, and Neil completed my request in a quick timeframe.
