Bertie Bookkeeping Hervey Bay

Bookkeeping support for small businesses sits at the heart of this Hervey Bay practice, and the feedback gathered from clients points to a consistently high standard across payroll and superannuation work. Roberta, known to many as Robbie, is singled out repeatedly for her approachable manner and the ease with which she can be dealt with, an attribute that clients say makes the whole relationship straightforward. Several accounts note the confidence that comes from knowing their accounts are in expert hands, particularly when a change of bookkeeper might otherwise cause uncertainty.

Her grasp of the Payday superannuation reforms is noted as an example of how quickly she absorbs new legislation and applies it, with one client describing how thoroughly she had prepared before the changes took effect. Plain-language explanations are another recurring point, with customers saying that financial matters are made understandable without jargon. The practical result, as described across the feedback, is that owners feel less burdened by the administrative side of running a business, trusting that payroll, compliance and day-to-day records are being managed accurately and communicated in a timely way.
