Very disappointed with the level of service. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Despite providing the required information, I was repeatedly asked to resend details and had to follow up several times just to receive a quote, which caused unnecessary delays. Throughout this process, the advice provided was unclear and inconsistent, leaving me without the confidence that my matters were being handled. When I raised my concerns they were dismissed and unprofessional.
Clayton has been wonderful in helping me with my small business over the years. Takes his time to get to know your business, in order to understand what's the best paths to take.
Needed to have various Financial Statements produced asap, and Clayton was on to it straight away. Can't thank him enough for the speed and excellent service he provided would recommend Business Edge Advisors to any small business looking for new Accountants
