Careful Books

Careful Books is a bookkeeping firm established in 1995. It is a registered BAS agent. Cherryl Biondic has been part of the team since 2021 and has over 25 years of experience in the field. The firm supports businesses across Australia, including Cairns, Mareeba, the Tablelands and Atherton, the Torres Strait, and Weipa. It has worked with clients in industries such as NDIS providers, building and construction, hospitality, and real estate. Services include bookkeeping, payroll, superannuation, and BAS reporting.

Careful Books is a bookkeeping practice in Westcourt whose work covers accounting, payroll and superannuation consulting. Feedback names Les directly, with his balance sheets described as remarkably well presented, and the same client points to a system that brings several bookkeeping platforms together into one place. The practice also handles business development and networking support, so the scope runs from everyday bookkeeping through to wider advisory work.

Parking is noted as straightforward, and the location beside the business centre is described as convenient to reach. What emerges is a practice valued for careful, knowledgeable attention to accounts and for guidance clients consider professional, with the integrated platform approach and Les's balance sheet work standing out as the points most worth remembering.
