This is a great service, done promptly over the phone. The Senior Accountant, Elina, is extremely smart in her questions about working from home during COVID-19 and has a strong knowledge across many areas of tax. I have been using City Tax Accountants for 3 years of tax returns, and I would never have been able to get these results myself! I wish I read these reviews BEFORE seeing city tax accountants. I had an appointment with Vlada ~6weeks ago and provided her with any missing documentation required to lodge the return within a couple of days after and she still has not lodged my return. I paid my invoice on the spot in good faith, and it's been radio silence ever since. Can't reach her via phone through reception as she is working in a serviced office, and will not respond to my emails. If I don't hear from Vlada in the next few days I'll be lodging a report with The Department of Fair Trading. Rhiannon
