Absolutely crap I followed all the instructions and still wouldn't generate any reports for me. Absolute waste of money

Go elsewhere if you can. Created an account paid the $99, got the verification email, clicked on the link but couldn't log in anymore, and got an error my account has not been found (it's the correct email). Messaged the support - no reply. Messaged 2 more times and still no reply.

They take 5 business days to respond to a single email and are completely unhelpful. I've now got 2 more days to submit my tax, and these guys have absolutely been a waste of time. I've literally done all the work myself after having subscribed Their system is terrible and trying to upload files is a nightmare. The website is equally hard to navigate and even logging in is hard to find, the web design is ridiculous. Not only that, but after having used this site, I've been the victim of scammers, multiple scammers. I want my money back, I want my time back and I want all my previously unshared information back. Do not use these clowns

They don't refund. They don't cancel your script. Don't use the service at all. You will regret.

predatory subscription service that does not allow you to cancel your plan, or remove your card details. Additionally, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. They should be taken to the ACCC

Makes crypto tax easy - very simple and great to use

Scammers are using this software Crypto Tax Calculator to scam people, as this software allows you to enter manual transactions by allowing manual transactions to be entered into the system, scammers are showing fake balances to scam people in investing their money in there accounts. Crypto Tax Calculator is so naive that they even allow scammers when entering a fake transaction to even show a legit, Broker logo and ID on the transaction, it is so easy to set up an account and import these transactions that Crypto Tax Calculator is the best tool to use for new scams. Let's just say, I've learnt the hard way, I felt for the scam and I've transferred in bitcoin £3250, the scan was so good that it even fooled me, but the reason fooled me was because when I did a check on Crypto Tax Calculator there was nothing to indicate that they are working with scam companies everything looks legit, but their platform is so easy to manipulate. It is mind blowing. it I would not trust this Crypto Tax Calculator software. I have reported my concerns to Crypto Tax Calculator they said they will look into it, but it's been over a week and I haven't heard back.
