GAINRITE ACCOUNTANTS

I had a negative experience here. I used gainrite Albury based on their google reviews that I now suspect are fraudulent. I found it impossible to get in touch with them having to repeatedly chase them up for basic communication, and ended up with a huge tax debt that they told me was unavoidable (in hindsight that doesn’t seem true at all). The communication was terrible and they tried to charge me for setting up a payment plan. My new accountant has been SO helpful and thoughtful, just basic considerations that weren’t even disclosed as available by gainrite including that if I am in a financial crisis and unable to make a monthly repayment I can contact them and have the payment delayed. For the months leading up to finding a new accountant I was overwhelmed with financial burden and stress created unnecessarily by gainrite. The pressure of feeling on the brink of a crisis every month is alleviated and thankfully I know that at least by Christmas the unnecessary debt gainrite forced onto me will be over and I can hopefully eventually financially recover. Absolutely do not recommend these accountants under any circumstances I found them to be rude, dismissive, lazy and dishonest.
