Belligerently incompetent. We hired Harvey Myles to do tax planning for our business, SMSF, and two personal returns. Two accountants at the firm failed to correctly calculate both of our carry forward superannuation which drastically impacted our tax planning. We tried to correct this mistake several times in emails but were ignored. They continued to insist their numbers were correct until the ATO advised they were wrong. Overall, it was a frustrating, and stressful experience.
