I have never experienced a lack of service and communication like this ever before. I’ve been trying to submit my income tax return with this firm for close to 8 months now, I’ve phoned multiple times to be told I’ll get a call back that I never receive. I’ve sent numerous emails following it up. It has now gone over the ATO due date for my returns and there is no urgency or apology. I am still trying to get this return finalised. If you’re a small business in cairns, please do not support this firm.

Booked a phone call appointment and they reminded me to a day earlier but they failed to ring me nor were they available when I tried to ring them. They used to be good. Very unprofessional.

Do not use this accounting firm. It’s extremely concerning that a service as important as an accountant can operate with such poor communication and lack of responsibility. I trusted them with something significant, and the level of service has been terrible from start to finish. I originally met with a tax agent who seemed great during the appointment, but after that I heard nothing back. When I called to follow up, I was told he had actually left the firm. I was assured someone else would contact me to confirm my return was completed, but no one ever did. I’ve sent multiple emails and have been completely ignored. Calling them is just as frustrating — the reception staff don’t take proper notes, don’t follow up, and I’ve been told “I’ll pass the message on” every single time, despite calling around 10 times. Nothing is ever actioned.

Zero stars. I have never experienced a more unprofessional service. I got my tax done in July and they have still not done the return. I have paid for the service and not received it. There have been numerous phone calls and emails ignored. I will be reporting them.

I only just read all the one star reviews. I have had a similar experience. Communication issues. Not returning calls or emails. The person who answers the calls seems very inexperienced and unable to cope with their job.

Extremely disappointing service, poor communication and overall bad experience. Contacted them in July, got an appointment in August. The appointment was a 10 min call, after which they told me I would receive a summary to approve, within 3 days. I haven't heard back despite emails to the accountant and the office. The calls also just go to voicemail.

They booked me in with an accountant who did my tax return but said ‘I’ll just double check this with the boss and lodge it on Monday’. He then resigned and never lodged it but they didn’t tell me that. It’s been almost three months of me begging them to lodge my tax return and nothing. The receptionist says ‘I’ll pass that msg along’ every time. I’ve written emails that go unanswered. At this point it’s laughable.
