Sole trader - in allied health in the process of expanding, hiring more staff etc. MBK has managed my books, tax, gst, employment rules compliance.... almost from the start of business a few years ago. I used to see their fees as a significant drain and I wasn't really sure what I was getting for this or why it was worthwhile. My view has changed over time and I now see what I pay as a good use of $ as I know that I do not know what they do, I got a smaller tax bill than expected, I don't worry about any of the things they do - which I would if we did them in house. So the endpoint is probably a cost to pay for the service but also less tax than if I did it, zero worry vs constant concern if I managed what they do. That is worth a lot to me, I am in allied health, I don't want to spend time trying to learn what MBK staff know... Pauline has also helped me grow and also avoid falling in a few holes along the way. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the experience of dealing with Pauline and the team at My Business Keeper, including Georgie and Meegan. They are really well structured, have very clear processes, and are very accessible. I have a busy executive role as a CFO and engage external accountants for the personal business my wife and I have in addition to my corporate role, as well as for our personal tax. I am time poor and need a firm that will make it really easy to collaborate with them on compliance. We had some challenges for MBK to sort through from a previous advisory relationship, and with the way MBK are structured Georgie and as necessary Pauline sit outside the actual work and support me to support them and get stuff done quickly and effectively.
