Sprague & Associates were recommended to me after 13 years in business dealing with honestly, boring/dry/uncaring accountants who disappear for 364 days of the year. We contacted Sprague & Associates about getting some help with managing our small business. They said they'd love to help so we made an appointment. We wait 2 weeks and head down to their offices in Port Macquarie only to be told they don't have room on their books for us. Its a disappointing waste of our time, we felt they could have been on the front foot either in our initial contact or in the 2 weeks preceeding the appointment.
