I called the agency and i asked for some inquiries but immediately hang up the call after answering my question. I was planning to purchase their services too

UPDATE: Tax7 has since reached out and made this right as noted in the response to this review. Bo was great to deal with and turned over the work in short order. Would be happy to work with Tax7 again. -- Unfortunately an extremely disappointing experience, despite coming recommended by a friend. I only been able to get into contact with my accountant once in late October since my initial appointment in mid-October, and that was only after multiple attempts to get in touch with her and admin. Since then, all my correspondence has not been replied to / acknowledged in any capacity. Not by the accountant nor any admin - definitely beyond the timeframe of any holiday leave. My tax return remains incomplete despite having prepared all relevant materials since November last year.

I have been going to Tax7 for a very long time. I also insist to see Grace as she is not only professional, and knowledgeable, but a pleasure to talk to makes the whole process fun. I have been following her even before she went to Tax7. I would very highly recommend Grace if you need your tax return, or any tax/ accounting issues sorted. Thank you Grace for looking after my tax stuff for all these years. You are the best!!!
