I would highly recommend Unite to anyone — especially if your financial situation is a bit complex. I’ve found the team to be very responsive, thorough, and genuinely diligent. They make everything clear and easy to work through, and I’ve always felt well looked after.
Unfortunately, my experience with Unite Advisory was disappointing. Despite having a relatively straightforward tax return, I was charged a very high fee, which is significantly higher than what my friends and family with multiple businesses and investment properties paid. The communication was also subpar, and I was asked to complete tasks that I felt were the responsibility of the accountant.
