Zoe Phillips Bookkeeping

Zoe Phillips Bookkeeping Pty Ltd operates as Phillips Business Advisory, which has been operating in the Dubbo community since 2019. The team includes registered bookkeepers, certified tax agents, and Xero Certified experts. The business has particular experience and expertise in serving small business, not-for-profits, and community organisations. Main services include bookkeeping, payroll, tax requirements, rescue work, and advisory services such as outsourced CFO, board reporting, and funding and grant applications.

In Dubbo, Zoe Phillips Bookkeeping has built a client base that speaks warmly of its owner and her team. The recurring theme across feedback is the professionalism and patience Zoe brings to engagements, whether someone is a first-time business owner with no bookkeeping background or an established operator needing payroll sorted. Customers writing about their orders describe how she takes the time to understand a business before recommending anything, explaining the reasoning so clients can follow what is happening with their accounts.

Her advice around tax returns is a point that comes up often: clients note that she flags matters likely to matter in the following year, rather than simply lodging and moving on. Payroll help is another area a number of reviews mention, with one describing a stressful situation brought under control quickly. The team is described as friendly and welcoming to visitors, and clients with accounts in disarray report that no job seems too large. Efficiency, clear communication and a personal approach are credited with reducing the stress of tax time and changing how some businesses operate day to day.
