Wasted $110 for them to not even call me at my scheduled time. I had to call them to know what was going on. For something that's supposed to be stress free, felt rushed. I had stocks, which no where did it state when booking an appointment say extra charges apply when it comes to lodging tax return. When they were unaware about the stock statement that I provided. They said they'll call back when they had an answer. I heard nothing, I had to call back to get an answer. To then say it'll cost additional $400 to work out a stock portfolio. That's so upsetting. Not going through them again. Waste of my money.
