I used this business, and Andrea was fast and efficient, however as she was too busy to look after our business' bookkeeping herself, after the first visit she sent us one of her staff, who was very slow, and did not know her way around an apple computer, which ended up costing us a lot more money, and she got very little done, so we quickly told her about the problem, to which Andrea became very defensive, so we switched bookkeepers, to Dynamic Bookkeeping, who have been brilliant.
