The below response says all. No resolution has occured! They sent my personal details without my approval to other clients. They completed and submitted my tax return only to find it was done incorrectly,. In the end I had to engage the ATO directly to resolve the issue, that BLG should have identified initailly from my payment summary. When I challenged BLG in writing that they lack professional standards, BLG accepted the allegations. They give your account to inexperienced person and charge you full rate for a competent accountant. I'd go to the local primary school and have a 6th grader do it. It won't be any worse and and least cheaper, and you would know what to expect. Terrible and unprofessional.
