Income tax preparation for individuals, families and business owners sits at the centre of the accounting work described at JADE Professional Accounting, with Kristan named throughout the feedback as the practitioner clients deal with. A theme that comes up often is the depth of her knowledge and the pace at which returns are finished, reviewers describing a straightforward process that took the stress out of a task many had dreaded, including one client whose work as a truck driver made their financial position more involved.

Practical, well-judged advice earns frequent mention, particularly where circumstances became more complex, and the attention given to each return is repeatedly called meticulous. Another recurring point is communication: clients note being kept informed from start to finish, and email correspondence suits those short on time. Questions are answered fully rather than dismissed, and the manner is repeatedly described as friendly and approachable. Long-standing clients speak of returning each year, some now living interstate, while personal and business matters handled together appear throughout. Payroll and general accounting support round out the picture, delivered with the same steady reliability.
