Majestic Bookkeeping

Majestic Bookkeeping is a bookkeeping business that is locally owned and operated in Bundaberg and the Gold Coast, servicing all of Australia. The team has over 25 years of experience in the financial and accounting industry. Melissa Scott is a registered BAS agent who oversees submissions through the ATO tax portal and is based in Bundaberg, QLD. Melissa Scott holds a Diploma of Accounting.

Charlene Harris holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and has 10 years' experience in developing her accounting skills. The business complies with Australian Taxation obligations. It provides bookkeeping and accounting services, including GST handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting. It specialises in cloud bookkeeping software including Xero, Reckon, and MYOB, and in customising office spaces and document filing systems to streamline financial processes.

Bookkeeping support that treats each client's business as if it were the adviser's own is the theme running through accounts of this practice. Mel is named repeatedly for her command of an evolving tax system, for communication clients describe as outstanding, and for never treating a request as an imposition. Charlene draws similar praise for a friendly disposition and a willingness to assist whenever the need arises, with the demands of running an enterprise handled as diligently as if they were her own.

Several reviewers remark on the patience and time given to explaining matters, while others point to relationships spanning many years, one extending past a decade. The move away from previous arrangements is recalled as a sound commercial choice, and support is described as exceptional across routine bookkeeping and the broader compliance work that accompanies operating a small business. Technical strength sits alongside genuine personal care, and the steady presence of Mel and Charlene leaves clients assured that their affairs are managed capably.
