Update - in response to my review, I see I have been given the standard 'we dont have any record of you contacting us'. I was told the fee verbally, and have never been given an invoice or receipt, so I see how they can rip you off. I was pretty happy with my experience with Kaiel, getting a positive return when I would have had a negative return if I did it myself. However, when the refund was deposited to my bank account, they had debited $285 as their fee, instead of the $175 I was told would be the cost during the appointment. A voicemail left received no response, a week later another call to them requesting a response and remedy to this, this time someone actually answered and said I'd get a callback from Kaiel, and here we are another week later, and no response. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend or use this company again.
