Knowledgeable, attentive, supportive, patient and friendly help that made me feel at ease, welcome and confident I was in good hands during our marathon session. Very very bad to hear that John's buisness is like this now. Rang to make appointment was spoken over wasnt allowed to even ask the questions i needed to ask as lady continued to talk over me. Called different day lovely reception lady booked my appointment. Got letter saying I was rude and aggressive and they cancelled my appointment!!! Been goibg to John for over 15yrs nil issues. But now this nasty reception lady that won't listen gets to run like this? Massively dissapointed. Wont be returning and will be letting friends and family know that I have bought to this accountant. Dismal bad behaviour.

have had such a good experience starting at reception with the lovely admin ladies to David, the accountant. everyone was so lovely and happy to help. as a young female who has never done my tax return before I was so anxious but I felt that I was taken care of every step of the way! highly recommend David and the team!
