Sydney Accountants Group - Martin Place

Unfortunately my experience with this group has really gone downhill. They used to be fantastic but now I cant get an email return, my BASS wasn't filed despite giving the info one month prior and i am looking at having to pay interest charges now plus having to just do it myself to get it done to avoid further charges. Tried to follow up 4 times and constantly ignored. 7 total un-responded emails in the last year - not one got a response. Changing accountants immediately - very poor customer service.

I am a Uberx driver. This year I did tax return through Sydney Accounts Group which has several branches around Sydney region and in New South Wales. I did in Miranda office. Guy who is the business owner and matus who is an accountant working in the office served me. Through my experience, I gave them five star. Firstly, they have a good attitude towards their job. They talked with me friendly getting the information they need. Secondly, they have professional knowledge. They let me know each item I can apply for deduction. In addition, they have rich working experience in tax return. Guy has been working in this field for more than 50 years. During the process they worked step by step quickly and obtained a good result for me which I am very satisfied with. In conclusion, sometimes, finding a professional accountant is difficult. I feel lucky to have met them. they did an excellent job for me.
