As true professionals, they managed to extend my lodgement deadline all the way to the end of May. Throughout the whole process, their team was friendly, supportive, and guided me with zero pressure. A huge bonus is their highly efficient and professional system design—it made everything seamless and actually served as a great learning experience, helping me build a much better understanding of my own finances and the tax lodgement process. I LOVE The Real Thiel! After years of dreading it and putting it off, I had somewhat of a breakthrough and decided I wanted to get on top of my business, which included understanding my expenses, finances, accounting and all the fun "tax stuff" better. Lauren's guides, education and information resources were a blessing for me in better understanding how to properly run my business and LEARN! I'm no longer scared of the big scary tax man, and instead welcome things I don't know or am unsure of in regards to tax, as I know I'll get my answers or education from The Real Thiel team. Another big reason in me deciding to switch accountants was the welcoming and inclusive message the team promotes for themselves, and also how they cater to the creative industry. A lot of accountants don't "get" what it is we do, but not TRT. I don't feel judged or silly for asking my tax questions, it's a judgement-free zone which again empowers me to ask questions, stay curious and learn, which all benefits me and my business in the end!

Lauren and her team are the real deal :).
