Tax shop Bundaberg made a tax return 2022 for me without notifying me and without my approval, and the money from the tax refund that was done by the tax shop Bundaberg has entered the tax refund centre trust account BSB:062527, Account number: 10714066. Amounting to $ 1,418. But until now the tax shop Bundaberg has never tried to contact me, either through calls, messages to my number or my email, to inform me of the action of making a tax return 2022 for me, on May 8 2023. And the tax return 2022 money was also not transferred to my account. You should know, my Commonwealth bank account, BSB: 063154, account number: 10916245, I have closed last year. I want the money from the tax return 2022, transferred to my new account bank. And what should I do if I want to stop the tax shop Bundaberg to do tax returns and accessing anything related to my taxes in the future? I really regret ever using this unprofessional agent, to do a 2021 tax return for me!
