I have been doing my own tax return for the past few years. This time I wanted to claim my personal super contribution deduction, which I wasn’t familiar with. I decided to hire an accountant. I found Jacky by Google search. She was very nice and patient (particularly English is not my first language). She explained how it would work, calculated how much I could save and printed out the relevant forms for me to fill out. When I asked how much I have to pay her. She replied: IT’S FREE. I couldn’t believe that the super helpful consultation was offered for free. The service was very professional. Jacky was amazing- effective, efficient and kind. I definitely will seek help from her again when I need an accountant. Also, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone who I know.
