AGI Bookkeeping Melbourne

AGI Bookkeeping is a family-run bookkeeping business that has been operating since 2001. It has offices in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra. Anatole Kabov is the Director. The business is licensed by the Tax Practitioners Board and holds full professional indemnity insurance. All staff are qualified. AGI Bookkeeping specialises in medical centres, franchises, hospitality, nonprofit, and pharmacy. It provides bookkeeping and accounts services.

Responsiveness and clear communication emerge as the strongest themes in feedback for this South Yarra bookkeeping practice. Several reviewers describe prompt replies to queries and proactive contact throughout the year, with the team's willingness to explain matters in plain terms praised just as often. Customers note that the practice takes over daily bookkeeping, payroll and accounts payable work so that business owners can concentrate on operations, and the construction sector is singled out by one reviewer whose needs and industry were understood from the first meeting.

Fair pricing and thorough, practical advice recur in accounts, as does the reassurance of having accounts managed without constant follow-up. Anatole is named repeatedly, alongside Cathy, for professionalism, patience and reliability, with a charity client describing the transition as a relief and noting the support provided on tax matters.

Newer businesses mention being guided through setup and ongoing obligations, while longer-standing clients value that the same people remain across years of work. The practice is described as attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, and reviewers often mention that the involvement has made their own working lives simpler and their operations more profitable. One recurring point is the sense that the team functions as an extension of the client's own business rather than an outside supplier, taking care of all bookkeeping needs.
