We commissioned Bookkeeping Central to take our existing invoicing and estimate template designs and replicate them for usage into the account software Xero. They were also helpful in showing me how to set up projects and track expenses. As a creative branding agency we are very particular when it comes getting these to absolute near perfect. I’ve been a client of Bookkeeping Central for 8 years. Over that time the quality of service has progressively worsened. Our assigned agent has changed very frequently over the years leading to a loss of specific knowledge needed to process our accounts. Despite being an reasonable price the work is slow and not always accurate. I would not recommend their services any longer.
