I came to them with several years of overdue tax returns and a lot of stress, but from the very first phone call they were calm, reassuring, and completely non‑judgemental. What felt overwhelming to me was handled with confidence and kindness, and they turned a really stressful situation into something manageable. Both Katrina and Treena were professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to talk to. They took care of everything that needed to be done, kept me informed throughout, and made the whole process far smoother than I ever expected. I cannot believe how filthy and unprofessional this accounting firm is. From the moment I walked into their office, I was appalled by the disgusting state of the place. There was rubbish everywhere—piles of paper, empty food containers, and even used coffee cups just left on desks and the floor. It looked like no one had bothered to clean in weeks! The reception area was cluttered with junk, and the whole place smelled musty and stale. How can anyone expect to get proper financial advice in such a chaotic, unsanitary environment? It’s clear they don’t take pride in their workspace, which makes me seriously doubt their attention to detail when handling clients' accounts. On top of that, the staff seemed completely unfazed by the mess, as if this was normal for them. If they can’t even keep their office clean, how can they possibly manage something as important as tax or bookkeeping? Save yourself the trouble and find an accounting firm that actually respects its clients—because "Figure It Out Sydney" clearly doesn’t. Avoid at all costs!

Multiple Goldstar worthy! Katrina was able to sort out my tax issues for multiple years in one go. As in previous years, she was able to help with claiming for deductions I would never have been able to figure out myself. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
