I didn’t have a pleasant experience. I was told I’d be receiving a tax refund, so I waited a month based on that advice. When I followed up, I was told it was actually an admin error, and not only was there no refund, I ended up having to pay. The response felt dismissive and not at all apologetic. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this service again.
