Ready Accounting
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Ready Accounting holds a 4.9 average from 135 reviews, though reviewers consistently refer to the business as Tax Store Mackay rather than by its current listed name. Salman is named repeatedly for fast, professional handling of tax returns, particularly for clients with an ABN, while Jennifer is credited with leading a friendly, efficient team through the booking and lodgement process.
Reviewers describe the office as welcoming, with returns completed entirely by phone in some cases without needing an in-person visit. This consistent feedback points to a well-regarded local tax practice operating under an earlier trading name.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole tax process simple and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable accountant!
Rose at Tax store Mackay has helped my Husband and I with our tax for years now. We are very happy with all her help over the years in getting the best tax returns possible. We have stuck with Tax store Mackay even after moving away from Mackay to Mudgee NSW as they are the best of the best of what they do. Professional, reliable, over the phone, quick, easy and great people who can help efficiently with any questions we may ask.
Great experience, Jennifer and her team are easy to deal with and super quick at preparing tax returns. Salman was super professional fast and efficient. Thank you
Great friendly staff made doing my tax super easy and hassle free
I have never experienced such a friendly and welcoming service before. Thank you so much for your excellent service and for making this year’s tax process so easy. I didn’t even have to visit the tax office—everything was handled conveniently over the phone from the comfort of my own home. I truly appreciate your professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. Thank you again for such an awesome experience!
I recently received superannuation advise that was a significantly cheaper option than an industry super advisor. TSM will now be doing my tax return this financial year too. I recommend popping into this boutique accountancy and having a chat with them. What have you got to loose?
The staff at Tax Store Mackay go above and beyond their duty to assist their clients. All staff are friendly, respectful and courteous. Recommended with NO hesitation.
