My tax agent was amazing! Thorough and very helpful. I cannot say the same for the telephone attendant "Denise" who has given me sass both 2 calls I've made this year. After I explained why i was calling she replied with " yeah a name would be great thanks" with a rude tone and proceeding to go quiet with no explanation of what shes doing. Please get her off the phones she's ruining the experience and harming your business!!
We had a GREAT experience with our accountant Vic last week. He was super friendly, approachable, helpful and full of useful knowledge to help us better understand our business accounts. He is was also extremely generous with his time and went over our booking time plus the entire consultation was complimentary! He made us feel super comfortable and supported and we are VERY excited to have him as our accountant moving forward. Thanks a lot VIC you're a legend! :) Mic + Shan :)
Chandan, where do I start! Is just a wonderful account who takes all the stress out of accounting jobs effortlessly. She is super personable, highly experienced and always on hand to help with our business. Superb account and superb customer experience. Thank you Chandan!
I recently had an outstanding experience with Chandan from Smb! She was super efficient and incredibly friendly, making what can often be a stressful task so much easier. She was always available to answer any questions I had, ensuring I felt supported throughout. I highly recommend her services for anyone looking to simplify their tax filing. Great experience overall!
Chandan was amazing and helped me every step of the way, very friendly and welcoming and a easy process, will definitely be using these guys in the future for everything accounting and tax related! Thank you SMB 🙌🏽
Had a great experience this evening doing our tax return. Chandon was so patient and gave great advise for next year. We were recommended to use SMB by a friend and will definitely be advising anyone that needs a good tax accountant to check them out. Also Maree is so friendly and helpful on the front desk. Thank you SMB, see you next year.
Chandon was excellent and provided very beneficial advice that made my tax submission more favourable than I had expected. Maree in admin was sensational as well! I'd happily recommend SMB Accounting and their services.
