Business Management & Taxation Solutions

Helpfulness and slow turnaround stand out in the feedback for this tax preparation service on Murdock Street in Coffs Harbour. One client describes the practice as consistently helpful, while the other account is far less favourable, reporting that a tax return was completed about a month after the booking and then only after that client made contact.

According to that account, an assurance was given the return would be entered the same day, yet a call a fortnight later found the work had not been done. It was entered that day, but the client reports still waiting two weeks on and notes the same pattern the previous year. No individual staff member is identified in either account, and the tax preparation work itself draws one appreciative response alongside one detailed account of delay and repeated follow-up.
