First Class Accounts & Tax Fraser Coast

Employed this firm to assist us in managing our business. We were very up front about being completely new to hospitality & small business in general & really needed help & advice. Robyn came across as being so understanding & supportive & promised to assist us every step of the way for a monthly fee. If only this had occurred….. at no point did we receive any advice at all - none of our requests for assistance were heeded. Emails to Robyn would go unanswered for weeks; she even snubbed me in the supermarket, all while taking our money. While trying to work & run a small business, we completely lacked the time to source a new accountant, but in hindsight, maybe things would have been so much different for us if we had. We didn’t even realise the depth of neglect of our accounts until we finally found a new accountant who couldn’t believe the state of our accounts & the complete lack of advice & assistance we had received as business owners. Nikki came across as genuinely helpful, but she wasn’t our accountant. We wish we had never walked in the doors of this place & urge new business owners especially to go somewhere you might get genuine support - you’re unlikely to get it here.

Very helpful to get the best out of your tax return, answered all my question and was a delight. With their results I will be going back next year and recommending my family and friends.

Robyn is very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. The whole team is friendly too. Keep up the good work! Very thankful :)

I cannot recommend Robyn and First Class Accounts Fraser Coast highly enough. She is always prompt, professional and friendly. A pleasure to work with!!
