Very disappointed with the service I received. I was told my tax refund would be around $3,420, but the figures provided later showed a different estimate of $2,235.79, and the ATO payment I received was only $1,996. I asked for a clear explanation of why these amounts were different and requested my Notice of Assessment or details of any adjustments made, but I did not receive a proper explanation. When I raised my concerns, I was told that my tax return could be done again, but I was not given a clear explanation of what was wrong or what would change. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled. I was told to make another appointment and pay a fee before receiving further assistance. Clients trust tax agents with important financial matters, and I believe accurate calculations, transparency, and respectful communication are essential. I feel I was not given enough information about how my refund was calculated or why the final amount changed. Don’t waste your money and time. I’m telling you now
