I'm a small business owner and the company I saw PREVIOUSLY for my tax charged astronomical fees and provided very little support. I'm fortunate to now be under the care of Tanya at Mike's Tax and Accounting. One of my friends strongly reccomended this company. I've since reccomended them to several other people needing help managing their tax affairs based on my overwhelmingly positive experience. Tanya, from the get go has been incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Tanya and the team work very hard. They are honest, genuine, their prices are very fair and they are experts in tailorising services to fit your needs. Thank you Tanya and the team at Mike's tax and Accounting for all that you do!

I don't leave bad reviews but I believe I am completely entitled to in this case. I don't even want to give them one star. I decided to go with this company so I wouldn't mess up a capital gains tax two years ago. I wasn't the one who messed up. While Tanya the accountant is a lovely person, she made a huge mistake with my tax. I had to pay double the tax because of this. I've since, had to pay another accountant to rectify this mistake with no apology or acknowledgement from Tanya for her huge mistake. If it hadn't been for a chance conversation with a friend, I would not have realised that she had made this mistake, even though at the time, I went into shock at how much I needed to pay. I got an accountant because I trusted that they knew what they were doing because it's clearly, not my field of expertise. I do not recommend this business. Stay away and get someone who knows what they are doing.
Mate these guys are legends. My frantic partner and I turned up unannounced with no appointments after getting lied to and ran around by another company. They did everything they could to help us. Absolute class acts. Thank you again guys.
The quality of care and prompt personal touch, I've been with them for years. I trust and respect and appreciate them and there work.
