Walsh Accountants

I really wish I had something good to say about Walsh. Months of non returned emails and phone calls from Nathan. So many inaccuracies in our accounting and bookkeeping. I had them on a monthly retainer $1200. Feb and March accounts finalised in May 25 only because I had to call 8 times in one day for someone other than my accountant to call me back. Now they want payment for work not completed. I've wasted so much time and energy with this firm. And had to find another accountant and bookkeeper to complete my tax works and monthly reporting. Walsh are not even parting with my Xero account - holding my information for ransom requesting that I pay them for work - that hasn't been done. So unethical and such poor service.

After going through seven accountants in four years, finding Walsh Accountants has been like finding a diamond in the rough. They genuinely listen to your concerns, are readily available, and demonstrate professionalism, reliability, patience, and exceptional knowledge. Michael is incredibly personable and explains things clearly and patiently. He takes the time to genuinely get to know you, which is a huge asset. The entire team prides themselves on understanding their clients and building long-term relationships. When life throws curveballs, they are right there supporting you. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better firm. Thank you for being my right hand. 

Our family first engaged Walsh Accountants in 1999. After 24 years together we have had over 15 different companies that you have looked after for us. Your general accounting and tax advice has been the main staple you have also handled our super fund, given overseas advice etc etc. Tom and Abby have been our chief advisers but over the years most of the team have helped in some way. Whenever we have needed something done in a hurry the team has always made the deadlines for us and this was particularly helpful when we sold one of our entities to a public company. Tom's help and advice got a $12M deal over the line during the tough GFC period. We are forever grateful for that. The support has been such that we have never ever considered any other accountant and I am sure we never will.
